Return, Cancellation, and Delivery Policy
Return Policy
We are pleased to offer a 30 Day Return Policy that starts on the day you receive your order. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging, No an AS IS item, Not Damaged, or an item that is not returnable.
Requirements for a Refund
- Items must be in new and unused condition.
- Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
- Items must not be assembled or modified in any way.
- Items must include a return authorization number provided by Simple Home Plus.
- Items must be returned within 30 days
- Customer is responsible for all shipping fees
Fees and Deductions
All returns and exchanges are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus applicable return shipping fees.
A return shipping cost estimated at $3.25 per pound will be deducted from your refund if:
- You choose to have Simple Home Plus pick up your return from your residence or delivery address.
- You refuse delivery for any reason without consent from Simple Home Plus.
- You refuse an entire shipment because only part of an item is damaged.
- The delivery address provided was invalid and the order could not be delivered.
- You choose to cancel your order after the cancellation timeframe.
- An item does not fit in your home and/or through your door.
If you return only part of an order that included a package discount, the package discount will be void and you will be credited less the amount of the discount.
If parts or accessories are missing from the original packaging, a fee may be deducted from your refund.

Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Items marked “Final Sale” , “Special Order” , " AS IS"
- Items that have already been assembled, unless written exception is provided by Simple Home Plus.
Tips to Avoid a Return
Prior to placing your order, please make sure the item you are ordering will fit through your door and in the space where it will go. If it does not fit, the delivery company may have to leave the product outside your door, on a porch, or in a garage.
If your item arrives with minor or cosmetic damage due to shipping, do not worry. We may be able to replace the damaged parts so you can avoid returning the item.
Cancellation Policy
To make sure you receive your order as quickly as possible, we process orders once they are placed. For this reason, orders may only be canceled within 1 hour of placement without incurring any fees.
Orders canceled after 1 hour from placing the order may be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping fees estimated at $3.25 per pound.
If you cancel, return, or exchange only part of an order that included a package discount, you will forfeit the package discount and be credited less the amount of the discount.
If you dispute your form of payment items will be automatically returned and restocking plus shipping fees will be owed plus any additional fees if we have to collect funds by other means.
If there are backordered products on your order and you choose to wait for those products to become available, payment may be made to the manufacturer to reserve the products for you. Once reserved, your order may be considered a special order and may not be canceled.
To cancel an order, please contact us. Once canceled, your order status will change to canceled and a cancellation confirmation email will be sent. Please keep this email as confirmation that your order has been canceled.
If you do not have a cancellation confirmation email or your order status does not show canceled, your order was not canceled.
Delivery Policy
- Normal delivery hours are 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Special delivery requests outside normal delivery hours may be subject to additional fees.
- An adult must be present to accept and sign for delivery of your new furniture.
- All deliveries are fully insured from the time they leave our warehouse until arrival at your home.
- All items must be inspected for damage at the time of delivery.
- All damage must be noted on the delivery receipt or bill of lading.
- Delivery insurance will only cover issues noted on the delivery receipt or bill of lading.
- Simple Home Plus and the shipping carrier will not be held liable for issues not noted accordingly.
Regardless of damage, defect, missing item, or incorrect item, all items on the order must be accepted and signed for unless otherwise directed by Simple Home Plus so that we may resolve the issue. Simple Home Plus may resolve the issue by replacing, refunding, or repairing the item as warranted, at its discretion.
- Photos of any damage are required as proof.
- Please make sure floors and walls are covered or protected prior to delivery.
- Simple Home Plus and the carrier will not be held liable for damage to personal property.
- Missed delivery appointments may be subject to a delivery attempt fee estimated at $0.75 per pound.
- If you need to reschedule your delivery, please notify us at least two days before the scheduled delivery date to avoid a rescheduling fee.
- On the day of delivery, please make sure the delivery area is cleared.
- Our delivery team cannot remove old furniture.
A storage fee of $50 per piece per month may be assessed for each item held in our local warehouse facility for more than 30 days. Certain items may consist of multiple pieces, such as beds or dining tables. For example, a bed may include two or more separate pieces.
Orders that are not scheduled for delivery within 72 hrs from first inital attempet will be subject to automatic return process and fees.
*Our customer service department must be notified of any damages within 24 hours of delivery.
